In order to support licensed child welfare workers bi-annual four-hour Ethics and Boundaries training requirements, the WCWPDS offers approximately 60 sessions of Ethics and Boundaries training at locations all across the state during each two-year licensing period for case workers and supervisors.
The Ethics and Boundaries training is only available to staff who provide child welfare services in one of the county departments of social/human services in Wisconsin, staff who provide child welfare services in one of the Indian Child Welfare Departments in Wisconsin, and DCF and BRO staff.
Please remember that if you are licensed, you must complete 4 hours of Ethics and Boundaries each licensing period, so plan enough time for travel, parking and locating the training room to assure that you are in attendance for all 4 hours of the session.
